CVS doesn't automatically recurse when adding files.  This can be a
nuisance when you want to add a deep hierarchy (for example, I have a lot
of reference documentation that I share across svereal machines using CVS,
and the J2EE tutorial has many sub-directories that all need to be added
separately).

The following is a simple recursive bash script that adds all files (and
directories) in a given directory and then calls itself on each
sub-directory.

To install, copy to a file in your PATH, check the path to bash (first
line), and give execute permission.

To use, typically you:
- add the root directory by hand:
    cvs add j2eetutorial14
- call this script to recursively add the contents
    cvs-all.sh j2eetutorial14
