Tesla C1060 with OpenSuse 11.3

Some notes for if/when I need to repeat this.

I installed an Nvidia Tesla C1060 GPU in a home-built computer using an Asus
P5Q motherboard. Unfortunately it only has a single PCIe slot and no built-in
graphics. That, and OpenSuse's new X11 configuration made things a little
more complex than ususal. The main points to remember are:

- Get everything working with a normal card
- Install and configure sshd, including firewall (and check)
- Change BIOS to not display "Press F1" on error
- Change default runlevel in /etc/inittab to 3 (since will be booting blind)
- Add nomodeset to boot options (and maybe block nouveau in modprobe?)
- Install Nvidia software (drivers, SDK, etc)
- Swap to Tesla

Once that's done, it works: you'll hear one long and three short beeps, then a
pause and another beep as it beeps. The noise of the card drops once you've
connected (eg by running the demo program to show device details).
